Relatively new to his role in Rolls Royce and a new speaker at ProcureCon, Robin Balderstone is responsible for all purchasing processes and tools across Rolls Royce Plc including BPO in Purchasing. His role means he continuously delivers process and tool support across all Rolls Royce regions and is currently working to deliver a 20% reduction in supplier overhead costs in the next 2 years.
