Andrea Sordi is currently responsible for indirect procurement in Europe for one of the world’s leading consumer goods businesses, Mondelez International. His main focuses today are on completely reinventing the Indirects Procurement to become Best in Class in delivery and sustainability; improving ways of working across the business through organization re-design; and talent development. Andrea has been contributing to ProcureCon for more than 3 years and serves as one of the event advisors this year.
